New Artists Announced For Ramblin' Man Fair 2018
It's starting to look a bit good now!
So Rambler's here are the next announcements for Ramblin' Man 2018 and we thank you all for your patience...
We are very excited that he has agreed to play and he takes his place as special guest for the Outlaw Country Stage: He has one of the most powerful and emotional voices in rock, he is the lead singer of Alter Bridge and is the front man of Slash's The Conspirators.... He is of course Myles Kennedy and he will be showcasing his very personal album Year Of The Tiger at this year's Fair.
Playing the Outlaw Country Stage: Formed by ex members of legendary southern rock outfits Lynyrd Skynyrd, Blackfoot & Molly Hatchet these southern rockers are 'Here For A Good Time' from Nashville, Tennessee they are the one and only Skinny Molly
Also for the Outlaw Country Stage and bringing a bit of 'southern rock muscle' to the Fair... They hail from Orlando, Florida and fans and critics just can't get enough of them and they have been receiving critical acclaim on their current support with The Temperance Movement... We proudly welcome THOMAS WYNN & THE BELIEVERS
For the Prog Stage.... They have been causing more than a stir in mainland Europe, playing festivals and sell out shows alike and have been hailed as many as the future of Prog...From Austria we welcome Second Relation
They were part of Belfast's golden age of rock in the eighties, they play the main stage at this year's Fair and have just released their debut album after 35 years of rockin' (It's a long story apparently) they are No Hot Ashes - Reunion

A Festival Exclusive and their first festival appearance in 44 years!! They will be headlining Saturday At The Fair Main Stage..
Ramblin’ Man Fair are delighted to announce the inimitable Mott The Hoople as their second headliner for this year’s festival – a 2018 UK festival exclusive performance with the classic 1973/1974 lineup. The band will feature Ian Hunter (Vocals, Guitars), Ariel Bender (Lead Guitars) and Morgan Fisher (Keyboards), and will be augmented by James Mastro (Guitars, Mandolin), @Mark Bosch (Guitars), Dennis Dibrizzi (Keyboards), Paul Page (Bass) and Steve Holley (Drums). Sadly, due to ongoing ill health, Mick Ralphs will not be able to appear as a guest but has given his blessing.
Originally formed in 1969 Mott the Hoople - Band went on to become one of the best loved and widely influential UK bands of the 1970s. The band produced albums such as “All the Young Dudes”, “Mott” and “The Hoople” and singles such as, the David Bowie penned, “All the Young Dudes”, “Honaloochie Boogie”, “All the Way From Memphis”, “Roll Away The Stone”, “Saturday Gigs” and “The Golden Age Of Rock ‘n’ Roll”.
Consummate live performers and fronted by the wonderful Ian Hunter, Mott The Hoople will be a fantastic addition to the Ramblin’ Man Fair bill in 2018

For all you rockers, ravers, lovers and ramblers the first headliner for Ramblin' Man 2018 and it's their only UK performance this year! We are are very, very excited they have agreed to play the Fair!
They are one of the UK's finest and diverse rock acts, they have sold platinum albums on both sides of the atlantic, and have played with the likes of Guns n' Roses, Metallica and Aerosmith. The lead singer even took time out to front the reformed Doors!
Some say they were born into this but they need no ceremony, they'll be bringing all the swagger and rock n' roll to the Fair! They are Ian Astbury and Billy Duffy and they are The Cult!!!
All the way from Perth, Australia on the back of a 6 album career to date, their music is a diverse, out on the edge take on rock.... Please welcome to Ramblin' Man 2018, Aussie progressive metallers VOYAGER
They are the new project of Reef guitarist Kenwyn House, a psychedelic, sonic rock n' roll magical carpet ride of an experience and are already causing a bit of storm in the music press. They are GOLDRAY
OUTLAW COUNTRY STAGE: He's the front man of black metal legends BEHEMOTH! & he comes to Mote Park under another guise along with folk stalwart John Porter. It's Americana colliding with elements of folk, blues and outlaw country, he is ADAM NERGAL DARSKI and the band is ME AND THAT MAN!
They need no introduction, they will be playing the Blues stage at Ramblin' Man 2018, they have opened for Led Zeppelin and one member of the duo played in bands with Phil Lynott & Richie Blackmore. Bringing the boogie woogie, all the rabbit and a bit of a knees up to Ramblin' Man 2018 it's none other than Chas & Dave (official)!
The wait is finally over, Ramblin' Man has begun to announce a host of acts for 2018!
Hailing from Glasgow, Scotland, they have come back stronger than ever before, a resurgence of mammoth proportions and they even blitzed the charts again! They still have all the swagger and have even better days ahead! Ramblin Man' are very pleased to announce that GUN have agreed to play the Ramblin' Man Stage 2018!
Ramblin’ Man Fair 2018 happily announce HEADLINER Warren Haynes to take a spot on the Blues Stage in 2018, accompanying him on the stage will be Gov’t Mule. Jim Jones and the Righteous Band (the new band from former Jim Jones Revue) are going to hit the Blues Stage hard in 2018. Taking the step up from the Rising Stage in 2017 to the Blues Stage in 2018 is the Kris Barras Band. Kris Barras is described as one of the best British Blues-Rock guitarists and he really must have something is he’s being welcomed back for a second year. So it’s that time of year whereby up and coming bands are invited to make their applications to the ‘Rising Stage’ for the 2018 Ramblin’ Man Fair. The ‘Rising Stage’ has seen huge success for bands over the past few years; the likes of Massive Wagons, Cats in Space, Mason Hill, Broken Witt Rebels and Stone Broken, to name but a few. Now, Bruce and his team at Ramblin’ Man are primed and ready to accept applications for 2018!
